Here at LECDC, we have strong values concerning food. We encourage family-style dining where students serve themselves from an array of healthy fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

Breakfast is served 8 am to 8:45 am

Lunch is served 11 am to 11:45 am

Afternoon snack is served 3:15 pm to 3:45 pm
