At Little Eagles Child Development Center, our mission is to provide a nurturing, faith-based environment where children can grow through purposeful play, creative exploration, and values-driven learning. We partner with families to support the unique potential of each child; cultivating minds, hearts, and bodies for a lifetime of confidence, compassion, and community impact.
Toddler 1 Teacher
Madiesyn has worked in childcare since her early graduation in December 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is currently training her dog Roo as an ESA, with the goal of getting her certified as a therapy dog!
Toddler 2 Teacher
Bernadette has eight years of experience in early childhood education, and is passionate about creating a nurturing and supportive environment for every child. She is a proud mom of four wonderful children and loves spending time with her family.
Preschool Teacher
Kacy loves teaching preschoolers and watching them learn, grow, and shine each day. She is a proud mother of two-- one who lives on in her heart and one who brightens her days in our Pre-K classroom, Zeus.
Pre-K Teacher
Jo began her journey in early childhood education over 26 years ago. She has two amazing children and three beautiful grandkids who keep her heart full. She enjoys spending time with family, riding motorcycles, or camping under the stars.
Pre-K Teacher
Dominique has been in the field of early childhood education for eleven years, and loves helping little ones learn and grow. She is deaf and communicates through both ASL and English. She loves horror movies, reading conspiracy theories, and spending time with her son, Josiah.
Center Owner
Pastor Allison Tedder has over 40 years of childcare experience, founding Little Eagles to provide a safe, loving, and creative place where children can grow. She is a proud mother and grandmother who enjoys fishing, hiking, cooking, traveling, and mission work.
Center Director
Amie, with more than 28 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, brings dedication and leadership to Little Eagles. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, relaxing with her father, tackling escape rooms, and caring for her six energetic pets.
Admin
Claire began her career in childcare when she was seventeen years old, but as one of fifteen cousins, she has been surrounded by children her whole life. Outside of the center, she enjoys reading comics, collecting vintage records, and taking long walks with her dog, Bowie.
Cook
Tiffini is the oldest sister of ten, with two daughters, one step-daughter, and two Shetland Sheepdogs. She loves outdoor activities, martial arts, animals, family, friends, music, cooking, baking, and volunteer work for shelters (human and animal!)
